Nintendo Badge Arcade is open again

BadgeCade brings back Badge Arcade's servers: daily machines, a daily budget for plays, the Theme Shop and the Miiverse Gallery. Free, on any modded 3DS.

1. Install the BadgeCade app with the guide. No computer needed.
2. Let the app set up your 3DS: it makes your login and sets up your Wi-Fi.
3. Open Badge Arcade and play today's machines.

In Badge Arcade

• New machines every day, from almost every badge Nintendo ever made, with a new lineup each week.
• A budget that never runs out for plays at the big machine, with tax like the real eShop. Prefer a daily budget? Pick Refill every day (about $15 a day, with streak and birthday bonuses) in Miiverse → My Menu, or at accounts.badgecade.com. Nintendo's daily free plays are back too.
• Theme offers with the hall posters, and thank-you badges like Nintendo gave, with a new set every two weeks.
• Holiday weeks with the Bunny's greetings and festive badges.
• Throwback Weeks: once a month, Nintendo's own machines from that week in 2022.
• Vote for next week's badges in Miiverse: the winning series gets extra machines and the bonus machine.
• HOME Menu letters about each new week, in English and Japanese.
• Your own badges: turn up to 8 of your pictures into badges only you can catch, in your own machine with its own name, icon, background, layout, days and spot. PNGs with see-through parts become badges in that shape (My Badges, in the account menu at the top right).
• Your save follows your login, so it moves with you to another 3DS.
• Take a break in the badge catchers: press B with plays left and they wait for you until you come back (US Badge Arcade).
• Korean, Chinese and Taiwanese 3DS can play too: the BadgeCade app makes the Nintendo Network ID their System Settings can't.
• Works alongside NetPass.

Theme Shop

• The Theme Shop is open again in the US, Europe and Japan. Its balance is your budget.

Miiverse

• Post your HOME Menu: approved posts show in Badge Arcade's Miiverse Gallery, read out by the Bunny.
• The Nintendo Badge Arcade community with your real Mii, Yeahs and comments (edit or delete your own).
• Notifications when someone gives your post a Yeah or comments on it, plus an Activity Feed.
• A friendly automatic filter that keeps comments free of mean or sexual words and links.
• Works in Nintendo and Pretendo mode.

The BadgeCade app

• The Bunny sets up your 3DS: the fixes it needs, your login and the proxy on your Wi-Fi. It keeps itself up to date.
• Look up an error code right on your 3DS, and with your OK the Bunny fixes it for you.
• Turn the proxy off and on, check everything again, or uninstall, any time.
